How we work

Editorial, Fact-Checking & Corrections Policy

This page explains how every guide on WealthPulseDaily is created and kept accurate. It combines our editorial standards, fact-checking process and corrections policy in one place.

Editorial standards

  • Every guide is original and written for the reader first — no copied text, no keyword stuffing, no filler.
  • We write in plain English: short sentences, defined jargon, and concrete examples.
  • We separate fact from opinion, and we never frame education as personalised financial advice.
  • We avoid sensational headlines and never promise guaranteed outcomes.
  • Jurisdiction-specific information (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, EU) is clearly labelled and linked to the relevant official body.

Our content lifecycle

  1. Brief. We define the reader, the question, and the sources.
  2. Draft. An author writes the guide against our standard template.
  3. Fact-check. Claims, figures and rules are verified against primary sources.
  4. Editorial review. A reviewer checks accuracy, clarity, tone and compliance.
  5. Publish. The guide goes live with a visible "last updated" and "reviewed by" line.
  6. Scheduled review. Guides are revisited on a schedule and whenever the underlying rules change.

Fact-checking policy

  • We never fabricate facts, statistics, laws, rates or product terms. If we can't verify a claim, we omit it or clearly state the uncertainty.
  • We prefer primary, authoritative sources: government agencies, regulators and official standards bodies.
  • When a figure is likely to change (rates, thresholds, entitlements), we date it and link to the source of truth rather than restating it as permanent.

Sourcing & attribution

Where a factual claim benefits from a citation, we link to the official source. We link out with clear labelling and don't imply endorsement by any agency.

Corrections policy

We fix mistakes openly. If you spot an error, tell us via our contact page and include the guide's title and the specific issue.

  • Minor fixes (typos, broken links) are corrected quietly and the "last updated" date is refreshed.
  • Substantive corrections (a changed fact or figure) are updated promptly, and significant changes are noted so readers understand what changed.
  • We aim to acknowledge reported errors quickly and act on verified ones as a priority.

Author & reviewer standard

Bylined authors and reviewers are real, named people with genuine, relevant backgrounds. We do not impersonate real experts, invent qualifications, or attach fake credentials to AI-assisted drafts. Where tools assist with drafting, a human is accountable for accuracy and sign-off.
